the awareness iq webinar series
for coaches, leaders, and organization professionals

“We can turn to one another as our best hope for inventing and discovering the worlds we are seeking."
Margaret Wheatley (Leadership and the New Science)

We are pleased to announce our 2018 Awareness IQ Webinar Series. What does a leader need today to be influential? What awareness skills do you need in your coaching and leadership toolkit? Today's business environments demands different skills of leaders and those who coach them to thrive in this new world and to support being adaptive and resilient in our decision making.

Our Awareness IQ series will help you to gain these essential skills while remaining in the discomfort zone where new learning occurs. You will learn:

  • How to create the conditions of engagement which support influence and learning.
  • To recognize and use one's awareness and harness respect that lead to transformational conversations.
  • To recognize how future trends are already affecting one's business choices and to be able to answer the demand for creativity and innovation.

Our presenters are known pioneers and thought leaders in the coaching field. Each session will focus on a critical challenge for today’s coaches and leaders worldwide, and offer developmental strategies for improved performance. Registered participants will have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge ideas and practices, as well as to interact with our speakers. The fee is $30 per session or $180 for the entire series. Presentations begin February 14, 2018. Reserve your spot now!

Coaching presence is a recognized factor in resonant and effective coaching excellence. The Gestalt Center for Coaching has articulated a coaching model which assists coaches in knowing, developing, and leveraging their presence to identify and influence what is desired, needed, or missing for themselves and for their clients. Articulating the active component of presence as “strategic use of self” supports high-impact interventions that lead to self-discovery and sustainable learning. Barbara and I are rolling out our co-designed Leadership Awareness Index, a comprehensive 360-degree assessment instrument using Gestalt foundations to determine leaders’ awareness and use of self competencies and areas for development.
