COACH TRAINING

Gestalt Coach Training

Next program cohort begins: January 3, 2024. See below for more details.

The Gestalt Coaching Program™, the flagship training from the Gestalt Center for Coaching in Istanbul, is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. It presents the Gestalt-based approach to coaching that incorporates cutting edge coaching theories from thought leaders worldwide.  This program provides the path towards ICF certification.

This program, founded on core Gestalt values, holds that it is the awareness of self and others, in the context of aware possibilities, that supports choice for intervention and success. We believe it is the nature of the coach’s support and presence which assists the client to do the desired work in service of goals that are achievable, believable, concrete, and deliverable. Additional skill development is recommended to support coaching mastery.

This gestalt coaching program outlines and offers support for effective coaching interventions with individuals, groups, and complex systems. Participants also learn how to design their coaching practice to stimulate and support sustained learning, development, creativity, and intentional and transformational change.  Additionally, at the completion of this program, we offer an approved ICF process that supports the ICF certification process.  We hold ourselves as partners in this process.

The Gestalt Coaching Program™ is conducted primarily in English, with Turkish language translation as needed.

Raves

Dorothy has had a positive impact on my life. She brings a style, grace and competence as a coach, and the spirit of ‘being of service’ to making the world a better place. I felt myself grow and mature in her presence and look forward to more development experiences with her.
— Brian Buckley | President, Mindful Leadership Consulting

I’ve studied with well-known world teachers. Dorothy Siminovitch has become one of those important teachers in the world of Gestalt thinking, coaching, and system development. She supports thinking, teaching, and training in what matters for clients and training groups, and then becomes the embodiment of what she has taught others. I recommend her expertise to others, with gratitude for what she has inspired in my own development.
— Tuli Or | CEO, Tav-Or Organizational Development, Consulting and Training, Ramat Hashron, Israel
